Dr. Bynum began private practice in Fort Myers, FL in 2009 and is the sports medicine and arthroscopy specialist for Joint Implant Surgeons of Florida.  He has published multiple peer-reviewed orthopedic research articles and book chapters as well as served as a reviewer for the Arthroscopy Journal.  He has given lectures across the country on advanced arthroscopic procedures and has served as a surgical instructor, teaching other orthopedic surgeons from around the world.
